How do I order?

Orders can only be placed online - via our website form or by e-mail. No orders are accepted via any other method (e.g. telephone, fax or post).

Can I increase the amount ordered afterwards?

Yes. One of the most essential reasons for our low prices is the combined printing of different orders during one printrun. In particular cases the output might therefore be higher than the ordered amount. Instead of destroying the surplus production (which actually is economical and ecological nonsense), we will inform you and offer you this additional quantity for an extremely attractive price. Just confirm in a reply email and cleverly use this advantage!

Can I see some samples?

Yes. You can order a sample folder, which will give you first impression of our paper and printing quality.

How can I know the status of my order?

We will send you emails regularly that will inform you of the status of your order.

Do you charge extra for delivery?

No. All costs for dispatch are already included. There will be no additional charges for you.

Can you give a delivery time of the day?

No. Tthis is up to our the courier partners. We use UPS.

Is it possible to receive the goods faster?

Yes. Please, choose the delivery method you desire from the selection in our form (additional charges apply).

Do you print special colours?

Yes. You can choose any spot colour out of the Pantone palette on your order. Simply enter the number in the ordering process. When placing the order you can choose between standard or individual spot colour (additional cost will occur on the second option). For Gold and Silver you can also use the colour palette Pantone. The metallic effect can be gained only on 100% ink coverage. Deduction on the ink leads to loss.

Do you print special formats?

Yes. Please take the special format you want to order and choose the next largest format from the range of formats we offer. Please enter the desired special format in the order form under the caption "Annotations". We do not charge any extra costs. Please note the following technical information: Special formats must be smaller than the formats you ordered. With flyers, special formats are available only between A8 and A4. The minimum width of a folded flyer should be 74 mm when closed and 180 mm when spread out. The minimum width of a brochure with staple binding is 100 mm when closed and 200 mm when spread out. With stickers, special formats are available only between A8 and A5. Special formats are not available with round/oval stickers and stickers in A9 format, nor with stamps, envelopes, presentation folders and address labels.

Can I use only your printing services? I alteady have a design.

Yes. Just e-mail us your design together with your order. A Print Proof Fee of £5 for a basic compatability chech will apply.

Is it possible to cancel or undo my order?

Yes. As long as your order is not in the printing stage, you can cancel it via our web site or e-mail for a cancellation fee of £20 as compensation.
